Work Commencement
Once a project has been initiated and work has commenced, no refunds will be provided.
Pre-Project Cancellation
If a cancellation request is made before the start of the project, a partial refund may be considered after deducting any applicable administrative or consultation charges.
Milestone Delivery
No refunds will be issued for completed milestones or delivered work.
Resolution via Revisions
Any issues or concerns regarding the service will be addressed through revisions as per the agreed project scope.
